In a pan, heat the olive oil and then place in it the turkey roll. Shield it by turning on all sides till it gets color then add the rosemary sprig. Place the turkey roll with all its liquids in a pan baking. Place in the oven and cook at 160°C for 50 minutes. In the same pan, pour some olive oil and sauté the onion. Add the chili pepper, carrot, ginger, rosemary, peppers, thyme and pineapple. Sauté with wine and add the juice from the ½ orange. Cook until the sauce binds. Remove the roll from the oven and serve with the sauce that we previously prepared.
