Chicken Breast with bacon and leek sauce

4 chicken breasts

500g penne pasta

1 leek (cut the white part into thin strips)

8 slices of smoked bacon (slightly thickly cut)

20g butter

2 tablespoons olive oil

180ml fresh cream

80g anari or grated parmesan

1 sprig rosemary

pepper, salt, (optional)


Αdd salt and pepper in a pan, over high heat until start roasted. Add the butter and olive oil. Then add the bacon and sauté for 2 minutes. Immediately add the leeks. Saute for a few minutes. Cut the into thick strips the chicken and put in the pan. Saute until the chicken baked and finaly add the cream. Boil over medium heat for 5 minutes. Serve with penne pasta and parmesan cheese or anari.
