Christmas Whole Suckling Pig in the Oven

Ingredients:

1 whole suckling pig 6-7kg

4-5 lemons

thick salt, pepper

7-10 bay leaves

1 medium apple

120ml sunflower oil

 

Preparation method:

Buy the suckling pig. Firstly spread the suckling pig with lemon on the inside and outside part of it, then continue to coat it with thick salt and pepper. Then add the bay leaves. Move the suckling pig on a baking pan and cover it’s ears with aluminium foil. Add the apple on suckling pig’s mouth and pour the sunflower oil all over it. Finally cook in the oven at 200°C for 4 hours (depending from the oven).
