MARINATED CHICKEN LEGS WITH CHILI AND LIME

for 4 persons

4 chicken legs

2 fresh chili

1 lime

1 orange (peel & juice)

1 mature tomato

1 onion in slices

few springs thyme

10ml olive oil

20ml white dry wine

coarse salt

soy sauce

Preparation method:

Spread the onion in pan and presses over the thyme. Cut the tomatoes and 1/2 lime slices and place them on the edges of the pan. Prepare the marinade as follows: In a large bowl put chilli and orange peel after being cut into thin strips. Then with a knife mash garlic with coarse salt and pour it into the bowl. Add the soy sauce, lime juice, orange juice, wine, olive oil and mix. Scratch gently the chicken legs and dip them in the marinade for 15 minutes. Finally place the chicken legs in the pan and pour in the marinade. Bake at 160 ° C for 35 minutes. You serve with mashed potatoes.
