Apple sauce for suckling pig

5 peeled apples cut into slices in cold water with some lemon juice
2 tbsp white dry wine
1 cinnamon stick
3-4 tbsp sugar


Put the apples, cinnamon, sugar and wine into a small pot.
Bring the mixture to the boil.
