Rough Meat wrapped in greaseproof paper with potatoes

1400g rough meat (goat)

300g hard cheese

8 medium size potatoes

4 tablespoons olive oil

some peaks of rosemary


4 bay leaves

100ml lukewarm water

salt, pepper


Brush the meat carefully with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano. Cut the potatoes into relatively large pieces. Then cut the cheese into thick slices. Place the meat and potatoes on a greaseproof paper. Add rosemary, bay leaves, salt and pepper. Finally add some drops of olive oil. With a string tie the greaseproof paper and place it on a baking pan, adding as well warm water. Cook in low heat for 2 hours at 180°C.
